Fees,
set out plainly.

No surprises and no hidden extras. One clear figure, agreed in writing before anything goes ahead.

Our approach to cost

Transparency, from the first conversation.

Rhinoplasty is bespoke surgery, so the surgical fee is quoted to you individually rather than advertised as a single price. What never varies is how it is presented: one written quotation that brings the surgeon, anaesthetist, hospital and your first post-operative review into a single figure, with anything arranged separately stated plainly and the consultation fee known up front.

Surgical fees

Quoted individually, set out in full.

The cost of surgery depends on the procedure — a primary rhinoplasty, a functional septorhinoplasty, or the more demanding work of a revision — and on what your nose actually needs. For that reason it is quoted to you in writing after your consultation, once the plan is clear.

That quotation brings the surgeon, anaesthetist and hospital fees into one written figure, so no separate invoice from the anaesthetist or the hospital arrives later. Anything that falls outside it is listed plainly, never sprung on you afterwards.

Paying for your surgery

Self-pay and insurance.

Self-pay

These are self-pay packages

Rhinoplasty and septorhinoplasty are offered on a self-pay basis and are not covered by private medical insurance. The guide prices above are quoted to you individually in writing after consultation.

A deposit secures your surgery date, with the balance settled before admission. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or card.

Private medical insurance

The septoplasty component may attract partial cover

Where your surgery includes a functional septoplasty, the septoplasty component alone may attract partial cover from your insurer. This is handled as a separate arrangement and sits outside the standard self-pay packages above.

We are glad to provide the documentation needed to support a claim, though the final level of cover remains at your insurer's discretion.
